What we can help with

Most questions land in one of three places: which side of the airport your flight leaves from, whether terminal-side self-park or an off-airport park and ride suits the trip, and how the shuttle timing works when you land late. We will walk through all three with you and, where it helps, point you at the page that covers it in more detail.

  • Terminal side. We can tell you which terminal your booking points at on the T1 side and which one on the domestic side, so you pick the right car park before you leave home.

  • Off-airport and park and ride. Transfers, shuttle windows and what to expect when your flight lands after the last regular service of the evening.

  • Accessible parking. If someone travelling with you needs accessible bays and a step-free shuttle setup, say so early and we will point at the option that actually has it.

What we cannot do

We cannot make a parking product appear when it is full, and we will not pretend otherwise. Peak school holidays and long weekends fill the closest bays first. If your dates land on one of those windows, expect us to say so, and to hand you the next best option instead of a maybe.

For parking comparisons you want to read twice, the parking options page sets the terminal-side and off-airport families side by side.

Send a booking request

The more you tell us, the more useful our answer. Terminal, departure date, return date, and whether you would rather hand the keys over at a valet desk or take a shuttle give us enough to work with. A few lines from you saves a lot of back and forth.

This is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Nothing is locked in on your side until we have replied with the options that fit your terminal and stay length.

Quick check before you write

Confirm your terminal on your booking, then read the terminal access guide for the parking set that applies. The pre-book and drive-up guide covers the booking decision. If those do not settle it, send the form and we will take it from there.

We aim to reply promptly, though peak travel periods can slow things down. If your question is time-sensitive, calling +61 2 9667 9111 is faster than waiting on a message.

Directions to our Mascot address

We are at 247 Coward Street, Mascot NSW 2020, in the suburb that sits alongside Sydney Airport. Mascot is well placed for anyone heading to the domestic terminals, and the street is easy to find from the main airport approach roads.

If you are dropping in before a flight, allow a little time for airport-area traffic — the approach roads get busy in the early morning and around the evening peak. When in doubt, call ahead on +61 2 9667 9111 and we will talk you through the last stretch.

  • From the domestic side

Mascot sits between the airport and the city, so the drive in is short once you are clear of the terminal roads.

  • From the T1 international side

Follow the main airport approach roads around to the Mascot side and look for Coward Street. Traffic on this stretch is the one thing worth planning for.

  • On-site parking bays

We do not run a customer car park at Coward Street. This address is the team office for questions and directions only — parking for your flight is booked at the terminal-side or off-airport option you choose.

Before you get in touch

A few questions come up every week at the Mascot desk. If yours is here, the answer is already written down — and the full FAQ page covers the rest.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to reply promptly, though peak travel periods can slow things down. If your question is time-sensitive, calling +61 2 9667 9111 is faster than waiting on a message. For straightforward comparisons, a written reply gives you something to refer back to later.

What counts as Sydney Airport parking here?

Four families: terminal-side self-park, valet handoff, off-airport park and ride, and long stay. Each one suits a different trip length and budget posture. If you are not sure which side of the airport your flight needs, tell us the terminal and we will narrow it down before you book anything.

Can I just turn up and park without pre-booking?

Drive-up works at quieter times, but it is the first thing to suffer when the airport is busy and the closest bays go first. You can read the difference in detail on the pre-book and drive-up guide.

Do you handle valet and shuttle questions too?

Yes. Handover points, transfer windows and what happens after a late landing are all fair questions. The valet and shuttle transfers page sets out how each handover works, and we can talk it through if your arrival time is awkward.

Still deciding?

Read the comparison first, then call if it does not settle it

Most trips are decided by two things: which terminal you leave from and how long the car sits. The options page works through both, the terminals guide maps the access routes, and our Mascot team is on the phone if you would rather talk it out.
